CSR and Sustainability

Sustainable development has been Pier 22’s key mission statement from our inception. At all stages of a project the environmental impact is considered and reduced to the absolute minimum. Our people have delivered 9 BREEAM rated buildings, 7 of which achieved an Outstanding rating. We are continually reviewing how to reduce both the energy in use and embodied carbon within our developments.

Pier 22 is aware that the conduct of business has an impact on our employees, partners and everyone we interact with. Positive corporate social responsibility and ethical business conduct is part of our moral code.
